Twitter is really trying hard to handle every form of abuse on its platform and recently made a shocking but yet true move on one of its users. A death threat against a mosquito got a Japanese user’s account on twitter suspended. This has left the world surprised and everyone being careful in order to avoid their accounts from being blocked likewise.
But what did he actually say that led to his account being blocked? Let’s find out.
All he did was to violently express his anger against a mosquito using a tweet after he was bitten by it. Here is what he said "Bastard! Where do you get off biting me all over while I'm just trying to relax and watch TV? Die! (Actually you're already dead)."
SoraNews24 reports that the user ended up receiving a notification from twitter stating that his account has been frozen and cannot be reactivated. The message reads:
The Japanese twitter account blocked had the handle @nemuismywife, which made him to create a new account having the name @DaydreamMatcha just to contest twitter judgment over the matter.
In a tweet he addressed to Twitter Japan, he said "My account was permanently frozen after I said I killed mosquitoes...this is a violation?"
We at TechIsBae hope twitter users learn one or two things from this guy experience...If you want to kill a mosquito, do it quietly at home and keep twitter out of it.
What do you think? Over to you.
